Privacy policy

GoodAtAI ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected through GoodAtAI. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address.
• Payment details: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Personalisation answers: your industry, role, goals and experience, used to tailor your plan, prompt library and tutor.
• Learning activity: lessons completed and drills attempted.
• Tutor conversations: messages you send to the AI tutor and AI tools, stored so the tutor can remember context.

How we use it

To provide the course and tutor (contract), to send account emails such as sign-in links, receipts and tutor-access reminders (contract and legitimate interests), and to improve the service (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing for the tutor and feedback tools; messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses), Resend (email delivery) and Render (hosting). Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Please don't share sensitive personal information, passwords or other people's private data with the AI tutor.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, then up to 6 years for financial records. You can ask us to delete your account and tutor history at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing hello@goodatai.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
